Subscriptions

Dreamz subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Account deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email support@thedreamzcloud.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Is Dreamz safe for my child?
Yes. Every story passes through multiple AI safety layers to ensure content is age-appropriate, gentle, and never frightening.


How many stories can I create for free?
Free accounts can create up to 3 stories per week across all children in the account. Upgrade to Bronze for unlimited stories.


Can I use Dreamz in French?
Yes! Dreamz is fully available in English and Canadian French. You can change the language anytime in Settings.
